Bayturlin Zhanibek Ganievich and Batyrkhanov Daultay Azamatovich from May 5 to 15, 2023 were trained in all aspects of neuroimaging, including the brain, spine, head and neck in the department of neuroradiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia (USA).

Participants got acquainted with the achievements of fellow neuroradiologists and the neurosurgical service in general. They participated in a discussion of key points and the most pressing problems in modern neurosurgery and diagnostics; took part in the morning discussion, where each participant showed activity; analyzed and interpreted the obtained images of MR perfusion (ASL/PWI), MR spectro/tractography (MRS, DTI) and other multiparametric MRI studies (1.5T and 3T) together with the doctors of the hospital department. The training served as a platform for the generation of new relevant ideas for the development of scientific activities at JSC NCN, as well as for possible cooperation in the future.
